Our half-board concept at Madonna di Campiglio
The cuisine of the Ariston Hotel was born from a desire: to tell the story of the mountains through taste. Our half-board formula is a path designed for our guests, a complete experience that begins with the energy of breakfast and ends with the authentic flavours of dinner. It is a solid, concrete cuisine, rooted in Alpine and Italian gastronomic culture, where technique is always at the service of the best raw materials.

Breakfast at the Ariston Hotel, the start of your day in Trentino
Breakfast at the Ariston is our way of saying good morning to you, with authentic mountain flavours. Every morning a rich buffet awaits you with croissants and home-made cakes, artisan bread, waffles, yoghurt, cheeses and cold cuts from Trentino, fresh eggs, fruit and local juices. Special attention is paid to those with intolerances, with gluten-free products.
Tastes of home in the heart of the Brenta Dolomites
In the evenings, our restaurant is dedicated solely to hotel guests. Here you will find a cuisine that favours long cooking times, those that develop fragrance and depth, but without ever becoming heavy. Our most representative dishes, such as game stews and fresh pasta with forest-inspired fillings, are created from carefully executed traditional recipes. Our signature dish is risotto, whipped to perfection and served with wild blueberries or porcini mushrooms, depending on the season.
Passion for wine, our hospitality
Our wine cellar is a reflection of the passion of Andrea, our sommelier. Here, no label is random: each bottle has been chosen for its ability to tell a story and a territory in an authentic way. The wine list is conceived as a journey through the Italy of wine. We start with the mountain territories that we feel closest to us, such as Valtellina, Trentino and Alto Adige, and then go down the boot and explore classic terroirs such as Piedmont, Valpolicella and Tuscany, without excluding pleasant surprises.
The weekly aperitif
Once a week, we dedicate a special moment to our guests: our aperitif. It is an informal and pleasant occasion for sharing, a moment designed to get to know each other better and to exchange stories of a day spent on the ski slopes or among the trails of the Dolomites. We want it to be an opportunity to really feel part of a great mountain home, over a good glass of wine and some snacks prepared by our Chef.
Mountain Wines: the tasting
Every week, our passion for the region transforms into a story to sip together. Our sommelier will guide you on a delightfully informal journey through the aromas and terroirs of the most prestigious Alpine regions, tasting 4 carefully selected premium wines. An intimate experience in our private room, designed to approach each glass with curiosity, appreciation, and the signature warmth of our home.
