Advice for those visiting Madonna di Campiglio for the first time?

Come with comfortable shoes and an open heart. Let yourself be surprised by the beauty of the Dolomites, breathe deeply and take it slow. And if you get lost… don’t worry: we will help you find yourself again, perhaps over a glass of Trentino wine.

Are there any clubs or evening events nearby?

Yes, there is no shortage of evening life in Madonna di Campiglio: cocktail bars, apres-ski with music and mountain atmosphere. We’ll tell you where it’s at its best.

Does the hotel offer the DoloMeet Guest Card?

Yes! It is included in your stay and gives you free or discounted access to Trentino’s lifts, transport and attractions. A little big advantage.

Are there any recommended museums or cultural activities in the area?

The MUSE in Trento, the MART in Rovereto, Stenico Castle, Buonconsiglio Castle, Thun Castle, San Romedio Hermitage, the Adamello-Brenta Natural Park Houses… Excellent for a ‘non-snow only’ day or on a rainy day in summer.

Is it possible to choose half board or full board?

Yes, both formulas are available: you think about relaxation, we think about everything else. Also, the restaurant is always open for lunch – if you want to book a table, just let us know.

Do you offer vegetarian or gluten-free dishes?

Yes, on a daily basis. We think everyone should sit at the table with a smile.

The restaurant offers typical Trentino cuisine?

Yes, with pleasure and pride. Local dishes, genuine ingredients and that touch of home that never hurts.

What activities do you recommend for non-skiers?

Plenty! Nature walks, relaxing in a spa, shopping, cultural visits or simply… enjoying the view with a hot chocolate in hand, overlooking the mountains.

Do you organise snowshoeing or guided tours?

No, not directly. Our mountain guides organise daily hikes and hire equipment. You just have to remember the hiking boots. They are among the most popular experiences! Silence, fresh snow and the peaceful pace of the mountains.

Do you have a ski or boot depot?

Of course! The room is small but heated, comfortable and safe: even the equipment deserves its comfort.

Is it possible to rent skis and equipment at the hotel?

No, but there are several rentals within walking distance, with special agreements for our guests.

Is there a toboggan run nearby?

Yes, and it’s not just for kids! There is a 3 km long toboggan run on Monte Spinale. Even adults become kids again after a descent: adrenaline guaranteed!

How far is the nearest ski school?

The nearest ski school is practically on the doorstep. We do not serve a dedicated shuttle service because we are centrally located: you can easily reach it on foot.

Is it possible to practice ski mountaineering?

Yes! Ski touring here is poetry: breathtaking views and crunching snow just for you. Many routes are well signposted and also suitable for those who want to take their first steps in this discipline.
And if you like the idea of something special… some evenings the slopes close to the groomers and open up to magic: have you ever skied under a full moon?

Is cross-country skiing also possible?

Yes, there are spectacular loops surrounded by nature: silence, snow and breath. That’s all you need. The cross-country centre is located in Campo Carlo Magno, just outside the village. It can also be reached by ski bus.

Do you collaborate with instructors or ski schools?

Of course, we can recommend excellent schools and reliable teachers, perfect for beginners, experts or budding champions.

Is the hotel on the slopes?

No, but the Belvedere track ends near us. It is the easiest and most comfortable way back to the hotel, just cross the square where we are.

Do you organise excursions or guided tours in summer?

Yes, in cooperation with experienced mountain guides there are many hikes included in the Dolomeet Guest Card content. Hikes, via ferrata or simple panoramic walks: you choose the pace, the mountain does the rest.

Do footpaths or cycle paths start directly from the hotel?

Yes, we will gladly show you where to start: just ask at reception, perhaps with a good map and a coffee.

Do you have secure storage for bicycles or sports equipment?

Yes, a dedicated and enclosed space, so you can sleep peacefully while your bike does the same.

Is it possible to rent bikes or e-bikes nearby?

Yes, there are several rental companies in the vicinity. E-bikes will help you discover the mountains… without too much effort.

Can excursions be made directly from the hotel?

And how! Many trails start right near here. We will gladly give you some tips: we know the mountains like home.

Are dogs allowed?

We like dogs – and have welcomed many, over time – but today we can no longer accommodate them. After years of affectionate but also complicated experiences, we had to make a balancing act: to protect the comfort of all guests and preserve the hotel environment.
We know that for many people their animals are inseparable companions, and we are truly sorry that we cannot accommodate them. If you are travelling with your dog, we will however be happy to recommend nearby facilities or services that can best accommodate them.

Is there a play area for the little ones?

We don’t have a play area, but don’t worry: in Madonna di Campiglio, children have the whole mountain as an adventure park.
In winter, just enrol them in the ski school and the problem is solved: they learn, they have fun and you can finally enjoy some well-deserved relaxation.
In summer, on the other hand, amidst paths, alpine pastures and animals, the formula is tried and tested: return to the hotel – shower, dinner and then… collapse into bed guaranteed!

Do you have children’s menus in the restaurant?

Yes, our cooks know how to speak the language of the little ones: simplicity and taste, with more flexible hours if needed.

Do children who sleep with their parents pay a fee?

We are also happy to welcome children.
However, even when they do not require an extra bed, their presence still has a real impact on room services: from linen to cleaning, from resource consumption to general organisation.
This is not a full rate, but what we call an ‘awareness fee’: a way of recognising together that every guest, even the smallest, shares in the experience and costs of hospitality.
It is a choice of transparency and fairness, which allows us to maintain a high quality of service and to treat all guests with respect, whether they are travelling as a couple or as a family.

Is the hotel suitable for families with children?

Absolutely! We are a ‘family-friendly’ hotel and sometimes it is the children who teach us something.

Can children have access to the pool?

Yes… but only from 15:00 to 17:30. After that time, the wellness centre is reserved for adults.

Do you offer massages or treatments?

No, sorry. But we can suggest professionals nearby if you want to pamper yourself a bit.

Does the hotel have a wellness centre?

Yes, small but well-kept. Sauna, Turkish bath and a small pool (about 5 × 6 metres) with water features and a whirlpool – everything you need to forget stress and remember that you are on holiday.

Do you have a parking space?

Yes, we have garage parking, available at a cost of 10 € per day (in high season 15 € per day) per parking space. We are in a central square and unfortunately there is no free outdoor parking at the hotel. About 300 metres away there is a pay car park (piazzale Funivia Pradalago) which is also suitable for coaches. About one kilometre away is the free car park at the start of the Campiglio-Pinzolo Express cable car. For motorbikes we have a free parking area adjacent to the hotel with reserved and closed access.

Do you organise shuttles from airports or stations?

No, but Madonna di Campiglio is well connected with airports and stations. We recommend booking the Fly Ski Shutte service online or a tailor-made service with the town’s NCCs (our friends at Taxi Bacca are always punctual, comfortable, and guest-friendly).

Is the hotel close to the ski lifts?

Yes, very! Less than a three-minute walk to the nearby gondola. And if you don’t feel like walking… we don’t judge you: the ski bus runs every 20 minutes and stops in front of us.

Where is the Hotel located?

In the heart of Madonna di Campiglio, a stone’s throw from the centre and with a view of the Brenta Dolomites. Basically, between the silence of the mountains and the convenience of everything.
